Dedicated to Your Child's Success

Behind every great learning experience is a team of caring professionals committed to helping children grow with confidence, curiosity, and compassion.

Ms. Toni

President

Toni has been a leader in the community and in early childhood education for over 30 years, beginning in 1993 when she opened her first program with a clear vision in mind: to create a high-quality early learning environment that truly feels like a home away from home. As a parent, she saw a need for a place that was more than just a daycare, where children would be genuinely known, supported, and nurtured while also learning, growing, and developing each day, and she built her program around that belief.

With a lifelong passion for working with children, Toni finds joy in their curiosity, innocence, and the happiness they bring to each day. She continues to be inspired by watching children grow, reach milestones, and develop into confident learners.

What means the most to Toni is the trust families place in her program. She takes great pride in seeing families return year after year, often bringing younger siblings through the doors. Over the years, she has welcomed many former students back as parents, creating lasting relationships across generations. Some of those same children have even returned later on as staff members, which is especially meaningful to her. These lasting relationships and the strong sense of community are at the heart of everything she has built.

Originally from Elmwood Park, Toni has completed extensive coursework in early childhood education and continues to expand her knowledge in the field. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, going for walks, spending time with her family, and attending musicals. She is a proud mom of three sons and a grandmother of two.
